Protection of Personal Data
Protection of personal data is an important issue for Locco Ltd. Şti. (“Locco Ltd. Şti.” or “Company”). As the data controller, Locco Ltd. Şti. acts in accordance with the principles and obligations set forth by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”) to ensure compliance with it.
This Disclosure Text has been prepared to inform you about how we process your personal data as the data controller through the www.locco.com.tr website (“Website” or “Site”) and the Locco interface on the Locco mobile application and Getir mobile application (together, the “Mobile Application”).

Methods of Obtaining Personal Data
Locco Ltd. Şti. obtains your personal data through electronic channels such as the Website, Mobile Application, call center and e-mail using fully automatic and partially automatic methods. In certain cases, data is also obtained in a physical environment, by non-automatic methods, provided that it is part of the data recording system (for example, if you send us a document via mail).
To Whom and For What Purposes Will Personal Data Be Transferred?
Locco Ltd. Şti. transfers your personal data only for the purposes specified in this Information Text and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal data. Your rights are listed below:

- Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that your requests for the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK and the correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result that is detrimental to you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
